Our behaviour or who we are, is it determined by our genes or our up bringing? Rather interesting question to ask yourself, isn't it? From the documentary child of our time, I start to wonder whether our personality our identity, issit because of genes or issit because we are influenced by the things around us. As a baby, we are oblivious to the surrounding, then how are we able to identify what our gender is? How is it that during our early ages of 5-9, we feel so accustomed to people of the same gender, but a little hesistant when we approach someone of another gender? Is it the brain helping us to identify our comfort levels and that we naturally develop our own interpersonal boundaries? Also, being a baby, we are already able to identify our own gender such that when we play with toys, we usually go for toys that suits our gender range. Hence when given a toy catered to another gender a signal activates and tell us that this is not what we want. Think about it people weeshan here (:
we had happy times;
trying to be modest;
cheating in tests-
spamming all over;
having free periods;
doing (5 million?) squats;
having class detention;
creating chaos in bowling alley;
WE DID-
the MODESTY wave;
go against school rules;
get scoldings/punishments;
watch da bowling ball crash;
pull socks during spot-checks;
throw paper air-planes;
but still
that helped us to bond closer together ((:
